  • Absolutely! Our trainers LOVE to train beginners as you have not picked up any bad habits from previous gyms so we can start the journey on the very best foot and hit those targets as efficiently and as affective as possible.

  • Yes of course. We will have an initial assessment to begin with and we can have a detailed chat about your injury but be assured that our team of trainers can and will swap those particular exercises for you so you wont miss out on your goals.

  • Based on your goals we will do a full review with you and make a plan as to what classes will benefit you best.

  • Along with your training program we go through and review your nutrition to see where you may be going wrong and our qualified experts will chat with you and give guidance and advice to help you make the better choices.

  • Each session is 45 mins long and is broke up into sets with a recovery time included so you get the best workout within that time. Our trainer will be there to monitor you and to make sure you're doing the exercises safely and correctly.

  • No, its structured classes guided by a personal trainer but we will asses you and monitor you and up your weights as we see progress within the program.

  • There is a maximum of 8 people in any one class to make sure you get the best from our trainers.

  • You will have full access to ALL our sessions on our timetable so you can choose the class and time that suits.

  • There is a mixture of classes to choose from including Strength & Conditioning- HIIT- Boxercise- Flexability / Mobility
